Rules of Service
1. OPENING HOURS AND SERVICES
The services are available only during the following hours:
• Beach access: 08:00 – 19:00
• Bar: 10:00 – 23:30
• Restaurant: 12:00 – 23:30 (break from 16:00 to 19:00)
Access outside these hours is permitted only with prior authorization from the management.
Rental includes:
• Tent: 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs, 1 table, and 1 locker (up to 6 people)
• Umbrella: 2 sun loungers, 1 deck chair, 1 chair (up to 4 people)
• Access to the beach and swimming pool, toilets, showers, changing cabins, and staff assistance

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Each guest confirms that they have read and fully accept these rules without exception.
The rules are posted at the entrance of the bathing establishment and are an integral part of the general service agreement provided by Nettuno Alba.
In case of any violation, the management reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the contract. No refund will be provided.

3. TENT AND UMBRELLA ASSIGNMENT
Tents and umbrellas are assigned exclusively for the current season and do not grant priority for future seasons.
Reservations are accepted only upon full payment.
Guests must occupy only the space assigned to them by staff. Self-assignment of tents, umbrellas, sun loungers, or lockers is strictly prohibited.

4. DOCUMENTATION
Guests must keep proof of their right to use the beach services and present it upon request.
All bookings are personal. Transfer, subletting, or third-party access is not allowed.

5. REFUNDS
Seasonal passes and daily tickets, whether in process or issued, are non-refundable under any circumstances (including weather, schedule changes, or emergencies).
No compensation is offered for unused services.

6. EQUIPMENT USE AND MOVEMENT
Guests may not move furniture or use equipment from other areas.
Rented items must remain within the assigned area.
Unauthorized movement or use of equipment will result in penalties.

7. PASS VALIDITY
The validity of passes depends on full compliance with these rules.
For reasons of hygiene and guest comfort, Nettuno Alba may cancel a rental agreement in the event of violations, without further obligation.

8. GUEST CONDUCT AND SILENCE
To ensure a peaceful environment, guests must avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
Serious disturbances may result in removal from the premises and notification of the authorities.

9. CHILDREN
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, including in bathrooms and showers.

10. GAMES
Active games such as ball games, beach tennis, volleyball, basketball, and similar activities are strictly prohibited both on the beach and in the adjacent sea.
This ensures safety and a calm atmosphere for all guests.

11. BAD WEATHER AND STRONG WIND
In case of bad weather or high winds, management may close beach loungers or other equipment for safety.

12. OUTDOOR POOL RULES – NETTUNO ALBA
• Swimming cap required – No entry without a swim cap
• Shower before swimming – Mandatory for all visitors
• Swimwear only – Shorts, underwear, or T-shirts are not allowed
• Safety rules:
🚫 No running
🚫 No diving
🚫 No pushing
• Capacity limits – Entry may be restricted when the area is full
• Access – Pool is for Nettuno Alba guests only. Restaurant guests may be admitted with approval
• Children – Under 14s must be supervised. Only armbands allowed (no floats, boards, mattresses)
• Hygiene – No swimming if ill or with rashes; no urinating in pool; no food or gum
• Glass and alcohol – Strictly prohibited in the pool area
• Pets – Not allowed
• Storms – The pool may close in case of severe weather. Follow staff instructions.

13. PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
Guests may not bring or use personal loungers, chairs, umbrellas, tents, curtains, or similar equipment.

14. PETS
Pets are not recommended on the beach. If allowed, the following rules apply:
• Only small dogs under 10 kg
• Valid vaccination passport required
• Dogs must be leashed and fully controlled
• No barking or disturbing others
• No dog washing in showers
• Dogs may swim in the sea only after 21:00
• Owners are fully responsible. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.

15. CLEANLINESS
Showers, sinks, and toilets must be kept clean.
Shampoos and soaps are not permitted in beach showers.

16. WASTE DISPOSAL
Please use bins provided for all waste.

17. SMOKING
Permitted only in designated areas with ashtrays.
Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

18. BONFIRES
Open fires are strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported.

19. TENT REARRANGEMENT
The layout of tents may be changed by management.
Guests may be moved to equivalent spots if needed.

20. ALTERNATIVE RELOCATION
Guests may be relocated to a different beach zone if necessary.

21. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Guests must handle rented equipment with care and report any damage.
Improper use or damage (intentional or accidental) must be compensated.
The establishment is not responsible for injuries or damage due to misuse or negligence.

22. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Nettuno Alba is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings, on or off premises.
Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended.

23. LIFEGUARD FLAGS
🟢 Green: Calm sea, lifeguard on duty – swimming allowed
🟡 Yellow: Caution – moderate waves or wind
🔴 Red: Dangerous or no lifeguard – swimming not advised
Swimming with a red flag is at your own risk.

24. WIND
Tents may be collapsed in strong wind. Follow staff instructions.

25. RESCUE BOAT AREA
Entering the rescue zone or touching lifeguard equipment is prohibited.

26. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Security cameras are active in public areas. Footage is stored for 48 hours.

27. ENFORCEMENT
Violation of these or municipal rules may result in contract termination and removal from the premises.
